All of the vomit stains from our dog came out! No chemicals is a huge factor for us. My husband and I very pleased with the outcome of the cleaning we had over the weekend. I asked our technician for extra business cards, I am sure my neighbors will be asking what we thought of the service. I love the amazing results. Your staff are professional in their demeanor and surprisingly fast. I used to clean my own carpets with equipment I purchased. The results were not as impressive and took forever to dry. During a difficult time where I needed to clean my carpet, but didn't have the time to do it myself, I heard about you on the radio. You worked me into your schedule during a busy time for you and sent a consumate professional. I have been a fan ever since that time and wouldn't dream of washing my carpets myself ever again. I recommend you any time someone mentions needing to clean carpet.

You don't use chemicals

I like that the care specialist are cautious with their equipment so they don't damage the walls. The care specialist put up corner protectors. I have had other companies in the past due damage to my walls and not care. Care Specialists are also very friendly.

We had our carpets cleaned for the first time since the carpeting was installed and this is the first time we have used Zerorez. The carpets look like new. The empowered water cleaning approach is fantastic. The Zerorez representative was courteous and professional. We will definitely be using Zerorez in the future.
