We are very pleased with the results. When I called to inquire about your services the phone rep. was pleasant, genuine and very helpful. Jonathan Wiedl the technician that cleaned our carpets was great. He explained what was needed to remove the pet stains and clean the carpets. I also inquired about duct cleaning, he checked our furnace and showed me the furnace filter and that in the near future it would be a good idea to get the furnace cleaned. We are very satisfied and will call Zerorez in the future.

We like how fast and nice our tech. was. We also thought it was cool how you use corner guards for the walls. The door cover with zerorez logo was a neat idea to help keep out the cold outside air.

Everyone is friendly and helpful! The service professionals that arrived to clean our carpets discussed the process they would use to address pet stains and performed the work quickly. The carpets were soft and fresh when they finished!

I like the fact that there is no residual left on my carpets after you are done treating them. At the same time I love the look of the carpets when you guys are all finished!!

With our experience I'd say the service outscored the product. Our technicians were prompt, courteous, and efficient. We were very pleased with the quality of technicians. Our carpets were not horribly dirty to begin with, but we had several problem areas. We paid $90 extra for the biological (pet) treatment, which honestly did not completely solve our problem. However, in other areas where there were no issues, our carpets are very fresh and plush again. I will hire Zerorez again, regardless of the areas that didn't come completely clean. I only wish my husband had asked for the complimentary speed dry because we had damp carpet for several days. Which meant we were unable to move back any furniture during that time.

Our carpet looks incredible! The technician was extremely careful and respectful. He was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly. I was very impressed with the small steps taken to ensure that nothing was damaged (i.e., plastic covers for pillars & railing posts, sheeting for entryway while door remained opened during cleaning, etc.). Most of all, our carpet has never looked so good -- it actually looks brand new! I would strongly recommend Zerorez!
