The techniction was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about his product. he expalined what he was doing and did his work efficently and without delay.
The only draw back is, we have a carpet edge that did not clean to our satisfaction, it did not come to our attention until the carpet had dried, the tech. did give it an extra effortwhen doing his job.

I like the way the cleaner Joseph explained what he was going to do to get my white carpet clean and what may be a lasting stain. He worked extremely hard on my carpeting and was extremely polite. He is an excellent representative of your organization. Also the young man that assisted him was also very nice and both wasted no time in getting the job done.

The service was excellant and i appreciated all the little things done like the wall guards, the door screen and shoe booties. My only complaint or disapointment was the smell of wet dog that came the next day. I've had other carpet cleaners come and never had that happen, but maybe their chemical/soap smells covered it? Unsure, but would use them again.

The two service representatives were very professional and did a great job. I thought I was going to replace my upstair carpeting but after it was cleaned it looks brand new! My entire home smells so fresh! I'll recommend Zerorez to all my friends, I couldn't be happier!

The staff was professional and flexible. I needed some help moving stuff to vacuum before the clean and it was easy then. The carpet had spots that I didn't think would come out but did! I have a toddler with Down soyndrome and I feel so good knowing there aren't chemicals on the carpet since she's on it all the time. I will definitely use again.
The associate who came to do the cleaning was very polite, explained the process and other options along with being very respectful of our house (protection on the corners of the walls, etc.).

My carpets looked great when they were done! But better yet was the way my ceramic tile looked-the grout was returned to its original color. My floors look like new again. I can's say how happy I am especially with the ceramic floor. Great job and very professional!
