The product used to clean carpet has a lemony odor, minimally scented, and removed greasy stains as well as a wood stain that had been on the carpet for many years. Carpet appearance after cleaning was considerably brighter. Very quick drying time. No additional services were offered, only what I had requested.

I love it that my carpets were cleaned and they dried very fast. It didn't leave a wet tacky feeling on my floors. It was a little more than what I could afford but it was worth it.
