Their advertising is more than a marketing campaign. My carpets are clean and the service was excellent. Plus, they were at my home when they said they would be, gave me good advice and were out of here in under two hours. I'm very pleased.

The technician who came to my house was very professional and conscientious. (this guy should be training other technicians for Zerorez!) He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the results. He was extremely knowelegable of carpet and stains. He taught me a lot on how to take care of stains in the future. The cat smell is gone and so are the stains from the other products that I had used. My carpet looks, smells, and feels like new. I am so impressed! I will recommend this gentleman and Zerorez to everyone.

Communications with the company regarding scheduling were great....the techs were very thorough in explaining the cleaning process...a couple of rooms had not been cleaned in a long time, and we were impressed with the result!

I liked the courtesy call to tell me I was at the end of the window and the next call to tell me they'd be there in 20 minutes. It was nice not to have to wait around. Then my entire house took 2 hours - very nice. And he got out stains I didn't think were possible. Love my carpets.

The technicians were very professional, explaining the services, pointing out the spots and stains that might be (and were) difficult to remove, moving some furniture, working quickly and efficiently, etc. The white carpet turned out beautifully, much better than I had expected.

It was very easy to schedule our appointment and the technician was right on time. I bragged about your services at a neighborhood gathering & at least two of the families are planning to call Zerorez!
