The product is free from chemical smells and residue. The drying time was very short and the fans helped a lot. Our service person was amiable, helpful and a diligent worker. The price was quoted upfront and the bill reflected that amount. We have recommended you to our neighbors.

The staff was professional and asked how I would like things done. The product is the only one that I know of that does not leave a soap residue.
The only thing that I was surprised at was that they did not put anything under the furniture that was not moved.

Your representative, Joseph, who came to our home to clean the carpets was very friendly and professional. He took his time walking thru the house with me when he got there to see the condition of the carpets and listen to my concerns. He worked hard and the carpets came cleaner than I thought possible.
