Done professionally and the carpet doesn't feel "wet" for hours on end. The information provided by your technicians on the wear of our wool carpet was helpful.
We asked why we hadn't been contacted earlier, as a follow up, and the technician explained that Zerorez didn't want to be like everyone else, trying to push their services on their customers. "People all have different situations(kids, pets, etc.), so you know best when your carpets need cleaning."
