From beginning to end we had exceptional service! The call center answered the phone promptly, answered all questions I had, gave me a prompt quotation and scheduled an appointment that suited our schedule. The technician Tony Erickson was very educated on how to best care for upholstery and did an excellent job on our Hendredon sofas and chairs. My carpets look fabulous. I liked that your employees were very meticulous! I liked the corner guards that prevented marking walls when tubing going around the corner. I liked that they filled in the doorway so the dog wouldn't sneak out. It was a great experience! Very polite employees!!!
