I like the basic philosophy of Zerorez. I liked the clean citrus smell of the pre-treatment, the friendly courteous service of the technician and his overall knowledge of carpet cleaning. He pointed out that my carpet was too old to look perfect but that it would be a big improvement (which it was). It was better than any other carpet cleaning service I have used in the past. There was one small dirty area that I was concerned about the next day so I called to report that. The company was happy to come out to redo the area.

No soap was used in the cleaning of my carpet. I understand that if soap or some kind of chemical is used the carpet will attract dirt faster. I also liked the professionalism shown by the person that did the cleaning.
