Rob Sotanski came to our home and cleaned the carpet in our walk out basement and the steps going to the basement. The carpet in both areas looked tired. When Rob finished, both look brand new. My husband and I are amazed at the results. Rob is very knowledgeable and professional in every respect. I will absolutely use Zerorez in the future and request that Rob be the person who comes back. I like the "softness" of the product -- far less residue than other systems -- and I definitely appreciate the technician who did the work. Very conscientious, knowledgable, thorough, and a nice guy to boot! I felt we could trust the technician and the company.

My carpets were worn down and dirty from my kids and 8 1/2 years of walking on them and after 1 treatment with Zerorez it looks like I just got new carpet and it is fluffy as well!
