The two young men who cleaned my carpet were so polite and professional. (Darnell LaShappelle was the lead technician) They asked me to check things out as they finished each area. Everything was carefully explained before they began their work and they showed concern that I was totally satisfied when the job was finished. I am very pleased with how my carpets look and feel. Your technician, James, was very thorough, explaining what he was doing as he went along, and was very careful in his treatment of the home and its furnishings.
I really like the citrus smell of the pre-treatment, it lasted for a couple days. Also, my carpets are the cleanest they've ever been...very pleased!

Robert was very professional. He called before he came to give me a heads up. We went through the house to count all vents. He told me what procedure he would follow.He showed me what the price would be after counting the vents.
He informed me of some leaks in my duct work and told me how to fix them. He took the time to explain things to me. I would definitely use your services again when I needed to. I would also recommend your company.

I like that you don't use chemicals or detergents. Area rug came out soft not stiff.
