It's very easy to set up an appointment. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. When I called back a week later to say I wasnt happy with 1 of the rooms, they set up another appointment, no questions asked, and happily corrected the problem for no charge. They work hard to have a satisfied customer!

Our Tech (Adam) was on time, very personable, explained everything he was going to do and did a great job cleaning the carpets. There were some nasty stains from some rain water leakage, a couple of old cats that had lived in the house with us, wine spills and general traffic through the house. I am very impressed with how clean my carpets are, the good value in their service, and will use Zerorez again.
