My carpets look like new - even the stairs carpet which is over 15 years old. I opted to get the "stain gaurd". It has been a great investment. The liquid just pools on the top of the carpet and we can wipe it up and there is no stain left. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone - I will be a lifetime user of them.
Kyle out technican came back and worked on getting the stain that did not come out in the first place. He tried hard and wanted to please us.

Every technician who has been out to clean my carpets, etc has been wonderful. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. They really take the time to assess the carpets and what needs to be done. My carpet have always looked great! Goes without saying that having no harsh chemicals is a massive bonus. Technicians are also always very polite, hang the door cover and always sure to clean up after themselves. Very positive experiences.
