No harmful chemicals. On time and done without a mess

I've used other services for carpet cleaning in the past. The technicians are usually in and out in less than 15 minutes and the carpet is soaked for days. The two techs that came from Zerorez took their time. They were onsite for no less than an hour and really did a thorough job. My carpet was completely dry in about 4 hours.

My carpet looks absolutely wonderful. It is so clean and all of the spots came out!!! Bill was very professional, and worked extremely hard to get the carpet clean. I have been listening to the ks95 crew talk about zerorez ffor years. I called and made an appointment and everything happened just like they said it would. They had a big challenge as my daughter moved out and left a light colored carpet full of spilled drinks, black mascara, candle wax and more. We were going to replace the carpet if it couldn't be cleaned but they did a great job. I loved that they used empowered water, there was no residue and the spot remover made it smell like oranges which I love.

Zerorez was able to get dirt and stains out of our 17 year old carpet, that no other carpet cleaner has been able to. Very friendly customer service rep when I made the appointment and the technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job on the carpet. I have already recommended Zerorez to several people
