Alex Bialke is a consummate professional. He was exceptionally thorough and efficient, and truly went the distance* to get our aging carpeting as clean as possible.
* When we scheduled the appointment, your CSR said that, since we're on the 4th floor, the Zerorez technician would have to use a portable unit -- an option that's good, but not as effective as direct-from-truck cleaning. When Alex showed up, he said that direct-from-truck *was* possible, snaked the tubing up the stairs, and then proceeded to deliver first-class service. Give that gent a raise and/or a promotion! :-)
My carpet looks much better and it is not crunchy.
what i didnt like is the extra 20.00 charge for the landing that i never have been charged in the past.
It appears your products are very high quality and are able to remove the stains.

Very Happy the second time around, first tech to clean did a poor job.. then you send a Sr. Tech. right before Xmas, who actualy worked the dirty areas more than once.. and got the dirt out..

The price is reasonable. While not all the stains could be removed, it was worth having the carpet cleaned, The technician offered a reasonable price to clean my fabric-covered dining room chairs, and the results were amazing. My grandson spilled a bright blue beverage on one of these white linen chairs on New Years Eve, but I was able to remove the stains with the spot cleaner kit purchased at the time of cleaning. I really appreciated that.
