FRIENDLY THOROUGH ON-TIME

Everything was "as advertised", no surprises. Doug called ahead and arrived within the three hour time frame, and explained what he was doing to the carpets. I asked about the tile grout cleaning and he had a fantastic video on his phone to show me how easy it was to clean the kitchen floor tile. Doug was careful not to damage walls etc with the hoses and was very respectful of my home. He was a very friendly worker. Carpet looks excellent. JMS Inver Grove Heights
