Great service and cleaning
I was so impressed. They got the baby poop out of our carpet when the other product I tried did NOTHING. Then they also did another room, where diaper rash cream had been smeared all over the carpet and eventually had turned black. (You could literally see the hand prints.) And it all came off. I was so happy. It was like I had new carpets.

The person who came to our home was on his hands and knees for every spot he saw, taking the time and effort to make sure he didn't a good job getting our carpets clean. When I came home after they had left, the house just smelled clean and fresh, not scented and soapy like it has when others have come in.
II was very pleased with the professional way your people presented themselves. They explained the method of cleaning, right down to the stain blocking treatment after cleaning. I also liked the fact that they wear protective booties on their shoes. Our carpet did not have any serious stains, just mainly surface dirt in the traffic areas. When they were finished, my carpets looked like new. Even the carpet on the steps to the second floor and the hall which is 20 years old. I am not happy with your added carpet protection. I spent $90 on three rooms and the stain that we were getting out should not have soaked in within seconds to the carpet. I have paid for other carpet protection and have been happy with the fact that I can get the spill out before it has a chance to get into the carpet. I realize you products are good for the environment and I appreciate that.

So far my experience with Zerorez has been outstanding. Nathan and the other gentelman with Nathan(so sorry I can't remember his name although he did most of the talking and explanation of the services) were very professional and knowledgeable. I am now waiting to see that it is truely unlike most commercial carpet cleanings which leave behind a soapy residue and soon the carpets look worse than before they were cleaned. I have a list of friends waiting for the results. If positive, I will refer Zerorez to all my friends.
