I like that there is no soap residue
You use the products that are the most harmless to people and the environment. Daylon our technician was very friendly and helpful, but not pushy on your products.
My one suggestion is that when you advertise a special on the radio such as the KS95 3 rooms for $119 include the water disposal fee. I still would have done the cleaning if it was 3 rooms for $135, but would not have felt nickeled and dimed when I called to make the reservation and had that added on.
The only thing there is to tell that your carpets were cleaned is that they look clean, that's all I wante and that's what I got.
