The technicians at Zerorez are some of the friendliest people I've ever met. I'm very comfortable having them in my home. They are professional, knowledgeable, thorough and seem genuinely happy to be doing the work they do. In addition to the excellent customer service provided by the techs, they actually clean my carpets really well. They look practically like new afterward and have NO STIFF RESIDUE left in carpet fibers. I've also used Zerorez to clean bathroom tile and grout and they cleaned it up like new. I have used Zerorez a dozen times over the past 7 or so years for both my residence and rental property. I would NEVER use another carpet cleaning company. I recommend Zerorez to everyone I know.

There was no chemical smell when we walked into the house after the carpets were done. The carpet looks fantastic, and even really ground-in stains are completely gone!
