Your cleaning process!!!!!! Your techs are great to work with!!!!! I WISH THAT YOU WOULD CONSIDER THAT NOT ALL PEOPLE HAVE 3 ROOMS OF CARPETING. WE ONLY HAD OUR LIVINGROOM CLEAN AND IT COST $174.85. I DO THINK THAT IT IS RATHER HIGH PRICED FOR A 14x12 ROOM. I WAS ALSO DISAPPOINTED THAT WE DID NOT GET A DISCOUNT FOR RETURNING CUSTOMERS. I HAVE A TAX BUSINESS AND HAVE REFERRED OVER 1000 OF MY CLIENTS TO ZEROREZ. THEY SEE THE PROOF IN THE CARPETING. SO WILL YOU GIVE ME A FEED BACK ON MY CONCERNS???????????
Your products are very fresh smelling and not chemical or soap like. I personally do not like overpowering orders/smells.
