I was truly impressed! Jose could tell what liquid had made the stain by the way it looked while being removed. VERY knowledgable!!! I didn't realize all the science involved to truly do the best job. Our carpet looks better than right after it was installed. Jose also took a lot of pride in his job and went the extra mile to make sure it was done the way it should be.
