The guys were very professional & personable. They did a good job regardless of the wear & tear of walkways on 20 yr old carpet. They gave special attention to those areas. They said the carpet cleaned would be dry in 12-18 hr & they were right.

I love the environmental friendly products zerorez uses and the fact that they do not leave a residual odor and they really work. Steve Rosselyn is also the technician who services me and he has been very thorough and does an excellent very customer friendly job.

The phone quote differed from the quote that the technician presented. That threw me a little. Nonetheless, I think the overall results were good.
The technician did a great job explaining everything in advance of starting the project -- the "dryng" time took a little longer than I thought it woould.

Atfter cleaning the ducts, the whole house smelled fresh. The tile floors looked great - can't believe how clean the grout looks.
