I think the service is great. Jeff did an awesome job. My carpet is clean and it doesn't smell like strong deoderant. The bathroom tile looks great and again, there is no strong smell.Jeff was very professional and courteous! I would definately recommend Zerorez.
I found the customer service excellent on all accounts. Follow up and great communication on the phone end, easy to find space in the schedule and I was greatly appreciative that a discount was given to keep the cost reasonable.
The service technicians who came out to the home were highly knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and very accommodating.
I like that you use your own water as ours has a lot of iron in it. I also like that you can come on weekends and evenings. We used you once so far and our technician was very nice and polite and explained everything that he would be doing.

Friendly staff willing to work around my schedule. Did a good job, fast and efficient. Carpet stayed wet longer than anticipated but it still turned out great.
