I liked the thorough service. The service guy took extra time to get a red kool-aid stain out that no one else has been able to get out. He did a nice job paying attention to details like when his assistant walked on the clean carpet with dirty shoes. He took care of the problem right away. I'm very impressed with the techniques and products Zerorez uses to clean carpets. I wasn't worried about my kids or cats getting sick because no harsh chemicals were used.

Great job. The day after the cleaning we had our house apraised for a new home mortgage loan and the guy looked down and said I see you have new carpeting and I said yes little did he know it was 10 years old. You guys made the carpet look like new.

I can't remember the name of the worker who cleaned our carpets but he was a hard worker and paid attention to everything I pointed out and seemed to do the very best job he could.
I would want him back again. It was the best cleaning I have ever had. If you know who he was he should be applauded.

I thought the person that we had was the best we have ever had. I felt like he really cared if he got our carpets clean and he was very thoughtful in protecting the rest of our house when he had to bring in the hoses etc. He seemed to really love his job. I would recommend him to anyone.

Carpets looked new when they were done. Super crew who was very informative. Darnell explained all of my options, but didn't pressure me to get anything that I didn't want. Since they cleaned my newly purchased house, when I called for the appointment, I forgot about a storage room that also needed cleaning. Darnell added it to my request. He and Dennis were very professional and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I appreciate that! Great job!!

I was very impressed with both the product and the service. I was doubtful when I heard the commercial, on KQ92, about empowered water cleaning dirty carpets without any cleaning additives but I had heard from someone at work they had their carpets cleaned by you and was saying how pleased she was, so I gave you a call.
Robert and Kial were very professional. I have to say that I was a little embarrassed showing them the bedroom were our pet had multiple accidents and really didn't think they would even try to clean it,but they did and all I could say was WOW!
