I like how quickly the carpets dried and that there was no residue or "crunchiness" afterwards. I also like that it is pet friendly.

The service person (Malachai) was very professional and pleasant. He was very honest about any additional costs that might be involved past the quoted phone price, and he did not use hard-sell techniques. He did an excellent job cleaning my carpet.

Jacob was prompt, curtious and efficient in cleaning a well lived in and dirty carpet. He was especially helpful in explaining my options. He even made sure the nosy Westie dog did not escape as he was preparing to clean! Will definarely use zerorez again to clean other carpeted areas!
Limited use of chemicals
We just moved in and the carpets were not that dirty how ever after your service they were like brand new I would definatly use your service again!

Service was great-a second technician came out the next day to work on trouble spots that reappeared or were missed. The only concern I have is about how they scrubbed the spots, fraying the fibers in those areas. I've always learned to blot dry, not run.

No residue, or unsafe chemicals. Both times we've had our carpets cleaned, the guys you sent we're excellent, and did a great job getting the carpets clean. We have a little brat of a dog, and she thinks the carpet is grass apparently, so we had many stains. We were impressed that it got most of them out, and the house smells much better! Know anyone looking for a dog? :)
Everything! The upolstry cleaning service was especially impressive with how clean the fabric furniture pieces came out and how great they smelled afterwards! Our service techs Eric and Will were wonderful to my kids, and my wife and I. My 8 year old son Patrick has special needs and can sometimes be very challenging as his affect and mood can go to extremes. Will being a dad himself sensed that situation, and let Patrick watch and actually help with some of the carpet cleaning process...even let him wear the same blue shoe guards as the guys wore and then take a picture holding the cleaning "wand" used in carpet cleaning. It made Patrick feel like a big boy who was "..just like the man Daddy!", to put it in his words. It was a PERFECT service experience! My family LOVES Zerorez!!!!
