Carpets very clean without soap and dried quickly. They say benefit without is that it will not attract dust or dirt like soap and chemical residue, which is probably true. This was my first time using their product and service, so time will bear that out. Those who performed the service were pleasant and polite. Overall---great job!

I like the idea of no chemicals / soaps being used on the carpet

Chris wanted to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Went over areas multiple times.
However, it cost a lot more than I expected, especially for the couches. Also the protection per area was an unknown cost ahead of time.

i like they way they explained what they would be doing. Very professional staff and last but not leas, great looking clean carpets.

Aaron Heath was out to my townhouse last week to do a cleaning and I had some very stubborn cat urine stains in my carpet. He did an excellent job, but unfortunately, a few of the stains resurfaced after the treatment and cleaning. Since he did such an excellent job, I referred him to my neighbors who were moving out. They scheduled him to come out yesterday and clean their house and since I knew he was going to be in the neighborhood, I had him come back and check those few spots. He was training a new technician, Adam, and wanted him to learn how to do a pad extraction, so they went ahead and treated my stubborn cat stains! I was astounded! He was also able to get out an unknown brown stain that had resufraced and that came out completely as well! I couldn't thank them enough! I will be referring them to other friends and family as well.
