There is no "perfume" smell and the carpet is soft to walk on, not "crunchy"
The gentlemen who came to do the carpets worked very hard on one certain stain but was unable to get all of it out, he did a very good job. My only issue is when I called and was asked about 'any biologicals' no one said things would be extra to pre-treat for that.
Otherwise my carpets are nice and soft again.

The claims on the radio are all true! No crunchy carpeting, the serve tech that came out was very friendly and efficient and the carepting really does look amazing.
Please let the 2 nice young men that cleaned our house in Maple Grove a thumbs up they ddi a amazing job our carpets are 25 years old we thought about replacing them but they look brand new again. Both of them had a great smile and made us feel very comfortable. They turned the fans on and moved dresses to clean under them as well. Your on our speed dial.

Bill was very pleasant to work with. He explained things very well, and everything went the way he said it would. He took extra care with a small red dye spot, and I am very pleased with the results.
