Dylan was very professional and friendly, he answered all my questions. I like the idea of using the empowered water instead of soap. He helped up move furniture before he cleaned the rugs.

The technology for this product makes great sense, and we know it's safe for our family. The service was outstanding! The little things like protecting the walls where hoses would be pulled around, to covering the door to help keep the cold out were all nice touches. Great job.

I was impressed with the results. The carpets looked great afterwards and many of the marks where furniture had been sitting for years looked refreshed. I like that it's all natural and there is no residue. Steve even got out some soap left from previous, non-zerorez spot cleaning attempts. In addition to the service and results, the customer service was great!!! Steve clearly communicated the process and happily answered our questions. I won't hesitate to recommend zerorez to friends and family.

I liked the fact that after the first time my couch was cleaned, it did not turn out well, and I filled out the survey, someone responded. They sent back out a more senior rep with more experience and re-cleaned the couch for free. It turned out much better!!! Thanks!

We found that Zerorez did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets including some tough stains. We like the fact that they do not use chemicals and as the name says, no residue is left in your carpets.
