I've had Zerorez clean my carpets 3 times now, and every time they end up looking nearly new - and they're ten years old. The wool carpet in our family room is 17 years old, and they do a beautiful job on that, too. I sent my oriental rugs with Malakai to be cleaned on their site, and they came back looking like new as well. Malakai gave us a demo of the tile and grout cleaning while he was out, and our dirty brown grout came back to its pretty camel color. These folks do a terrific job and we are always very happy with the results.

The fact that you don't use soap and how fast the carpet and couch dried!! It was done in a timly manner. They said they would be here between 11-2pm and they were here st 11am. And most important the carpet and couch look brand new!!!

the main guy who did my job was great. he had a helper I think he was training who seemed pretty good but the main guy knew his stuff, even to getting out a new paint stain. Good guys both who were trying there best.

I like way the technician review the entire service area, was knowledgeable of the different problems areas that was discuss while making the initial call; like that he treated the home with respect and had outstanding customer service skills. Dan is a outstanding rep for your company. I was impressed with the efficiency and loved the results. We are moving to AZ and I can only hope that we have the same service down there. I like that you don't use chemicals, and that the carpeting is relatively dry in a short amount of time. Your technician also was able to get your hoses up to my condo balcony and easily clean all areas. I was called the day before to give me a time frame, and the technician called when he was close, just like you said he would! And he was punctual!
Also, I'm impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of the work. Jose cleaned up stains of soot and grease that had been there for 3-4 years! My carpet is ivory and it now looks brighter, like new!!! He had attention to detail and also explained what he was doing, very patiently! This is the 2nd time I've used Zerorez and I'm a convert again! Thank you for running such a good business--I'll be back.
