I've used Zerorez before and wasn't happy. However, I decided to try them again and this time it was a completely different story. My Tech's name was Aaron and he was great- Came early (With a friendly phone call), Did the job without trying to charge me extra, Moved the furniture to clean underneath and was courteous to my wife... Basically all the things the previous tech didn't do. The Carpets looked and smelled great. In addition, I had one small problem a few days later and another tech was sent out immediately to take care of it. The satisfaction guarantee worked perfectly. Thank you very much...

Moved into my first home, a foreclosure. The carpet was disgusting. Between the obvious pet stains and dark dirt stains, I had intended to replace the carpet throughout the entire house. At the last minute, I decided to give you Folks a shot. I could not be more happy. The carpet looks incredible, and just feels and smells clean. I am going to remodel the bath with the my extra loot instead.

I think you have wonderful employees who know your products and take the time necessary to explain things to the consummer.

I do not like your scheduling policy as its very difficult for most people to wait for technicians during a three hour block of time, and then add the additional three or four hour block of time it will take to complete the whole house project.

Great opening on weekends and great tech

They were a few minutes late but called, so polite, wore shoe covers, and did a wonderful job. We had two recliners that I wanted to throw because they we so dirty (grandkids, a dog and a cat)they look brand new! I had two major spots, a rust spot and an orange paint spot, that I had tried to clean. They both are gone! I will definatly call again. Also the price quoted was right on! Linda Thornbloom.
