I like that it is chemical-free and the citrus scent. Service people were courteous and knowledgeable. I bought the spot treatment powder and cleaned the grout on our kitchen floor. It worked very well!

Everything was explained with no pressure applied to add on extra service. The Zerorez employee (Jacob) was very helpful, knowledgable and congenial and did not complain about the long drive to our home on a Saturday afternoon! I liked that the machinery was out in the van and not creating loud noise in the house.

Seems like a great clean- I especially appreciated the extra effort on spot removal and the technician's honesty about what was most worth spending extra $$ on for our situation with dogs/kids/carpet replacement in future
