With Zerorez, my carpets come out with a new lease on life! I have had some disastrous results from other cleaners, but only high praise for Zerorez. I am waiting for my oriental rugs to be cleaned. We'll see if those results are as good as I anticipate. I wasn't home at the time, but the technician gave my husband a demo on the tile/grout cleaning procedure, and it looks great in that little area.

The environmental safety

I have allergies and liked the fact that no chemicals are used. My carpets look great, spots are gone...the technician knew how to treat the spots...and he explained everything very clearly. I had the protective coating put on and the carpets lost some of the soft plushy feeling so I'm hoping that will come back in time. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with Zerorez.

I'm not sure I am enamored with all of the questions and contacts you make for a single carpet cleaning.
As a repeat customer I would appreciate fewer repeat questions. A little less "I'm your buddy" chit chat on the phone. Get to the point professionally and get on with it.
