Great customer service! Our carpets had a second cleaning. Most of the wick age was removed. A little remains but overall not a big issue at this point.
Jaime did an absolutely fantastic job! We have white carpet and every other company we have had leaves with the carpet looking okay, however they leave too much moisture in the carpet and the wicking process makes the carpet look worse than when they started. Jaime not only listened to our concerns, he made sure he extracted as much moisture as possible and the carpet looks like new. First time in years!

I like that zerorez uses empowered water to clean my carpet so that it is safe for my family and pets. It works beautifully making my now 13 year old carpet look almost new removing spots that I couldn't get out myself. I also have been very happy with the zerorez representatives as they are hard working conscientious and courteous. Andrew and Tyler did a fabulous job and noticeably took pride in their work.
