What do you like about our products and services?

Brendan was courteous, efficient careful and professional and did a good job.
There is one small area (15" x 15") that didn't come clean, but all other areas
sparkle.

I like that you responded promptly when I mentioned the stains in our carpet (compliments of our dog) hadn't been removed, despite the extra treatment in that area. Within a few days, someone came out to reclean that room. The results weren't completely successful (but getting urine out of a carpet/pad is difficult), but it looks much better.

My customer service representative seemed very knowledgeable in the services you provide. I was able to ask any question that i had, and he was able to give me the desirable answer. I was happy with how my carpets looked after zerorez cleaned them.

I love the orange smell from the products you use along with the carpet did not dry crunchie feeling. Pete Graves is the technician who was at my home and you have a true proformer in him. I can not praise him enough. He was so professional along with you felt like he truly cared about your rugs.
