I like that you do not use soap to clean the carpets

The knowledge the technician had to help get out pet stains. He corrected my attempts to fix it myself. It's good to know its clean of soap residue left behind by other cleaners.

Juan A was friendly and personable. He explained how he could bundle rooms and save me money. He was extremely thorough and careful not
to damage furniture and collectibles. Wood furniture was elevated with foam pads which I appreciated. He helped me move furniture that was too heavy for me alone. He had a product that I could apply on pet accidents and showed me how to use it. I have a dog, he knew how to introduce himself so the dog was comfortable having a stranger take Over his domain for a couple of hours.
