The Service Representative was knowledgeable about his products and presented himself professionally. He didn't try to oversell or up-sell asked intelligent questions and provided us with various cleaning and protection solutions that were reasonably priced. He worked diligently and required no supervision or follow-up. We're quiet pleased with the results of his work as too are our four pets!
