The cleaning itself was great. There are serious issues with the call center/scheduling. I had two missed appointments due to an error with your scheduling system/people. They called an incorrect number (twice), talked to someone with no relation to me and rescheduled my appointment in error. This happened twice. to make matters worse, the woman on the phone blamed me for zerorez's error saying that I requested the appointment change.
I am happy with the cleaning, but getting your people to my house proved a near impossible task.

Friendly tech. His name is Ryan. Ryan took one long sniff of our dog pee stained area of carpet. Ryan could immediately identify that yes indeed, they are dog pee stains. What really blew me away was that Ryan could actually be able to identify the sex of the dog, dog breed, dog age and even the dog's mental state. WTF Ryan! That was cool!
