EVERYTHING! The initial phone call was pleasant, informative. And it was great to have service in such a short time span. The phone call came about half an hour after I had requested it via your website. Juan was extraordinary in explaining exactly what he would be doing, asking if there were special requests, answering questions. He worked fast and was interested before he left to know that we were satisfied with his service. He went above and beyond! We will definitely be using Zerorez again ... and will be recommending your company to others.

I liked that the technician wore boots on his shoes, he was very informative, he got out the rust stains that I thought were permanent. He tried to get out old discoloration around the edges that has been there a long time. He didn't charge anymore than the quote that we got over the phone. He was fast, and did extra work on the stairway. The carpet looks really nice. It smells good too! All and all a very good job.
