Chris explained how the process worked upfront and made sure I didn't have any questions. My couch and chair smelled fresh and clean afterwards and he gave me tips on the best way to clean any spills in the future. Before he left he helped set up my fan to assist in drying them faster.

My carpets have never been cleaner. I also had my rugs cleaned (I thought I would have to get rid of them). They are like new again!
First of all, our technician, Tyler Trent was great. He was very knowledgable, explained everything he was doing and going to do. When we get the rest of our house done, I want Tyler to do it !!
In our old house (we just downsized), we had a couple of other companies clean our carpets over the years. They were unable to get some stains (from kids & pets) out. We were told they were embedded and would only lighten in color. We were very disappointed with all the results. When we were getting our house ready to put on the market, we took a chance on getting the carpets cleaned again and called Zerorez this time. Technician that time was great. Like Tyler, explained everything in detail. To our amazement, Zerorez system worked. ALL stains were gone and our carpets looked like new !!!
