I love the fact that you don't use harmful chemicals to clean carpet.the young man that clean my carpets was very knowledgeable about your product and was happy to answer any questions that I had. my expectations of the carpet I have on my second floor of getting clean was very low. The carpet is 13 years old and it looks great. the next time I need my carpets clean I will be calling zerorez, and have been recommending you to my friends and family.

We had recently moved into a new home and our elderly dog had a little trouble adjusting. After a couple of accidents, we decided we needed professionals to come in and freshen up our carpets. We have heard radio ads for Zerorez and gave them a call.
They came out, gave us an accurate estimate and explained how their system works. We are so happy with Zerorez we have already recommended to our friends!

Zerorez does high quality carpet cleaning and does a great job taking on pet stains and odors. Tyler did an excellent job too and had great customer service! Would highly recommend him.

I didn't actually think our carpets looked that bad... Until a saw the "after"! They look so nice, and the lemon fresh smell made our boat so fresh ( we had our boat carpets cleaned.)

The tecks were on time,polite , used good ianguage, and answered all of my questions, as well as explaing your products and procedures.They wqere on-tass and finished the job completely and well. They offered suggestions on keeping the carpet in good shape. This is our 2nd year of using your service and we will call again next spting.

Our carpet has not looked so good since we moved in 6 years ago. Especially a stain that happened when we moved on from a candle zerorez was able to get completely out. We love it.
