Thoroughness of technician in assessing stains and remcommending appropriate treatment; carpet cleans beautifully with non-toxic/no soap base. This is the second time we have used Zerorez and although pricier than some competitors will continue to schedule when we need our carpets cleaned.

Oh my gosh. Our carpet looks brand new; we thought we had to replace it since it is white, but Zerorez came in a the technician knew exactly what he had to do to get it looking like new again. I've already recommended your services to my daughter's friend's mom.

Very happy with the customer service and the 2 technicians that came out. Explained everything very well even went over a couple problem spots a couple times. Really disappointed that the problem spots didn't come out cleaner. But the carpet was on the cheaper side and its very high traffic area. Certainly wasn't for lack of trying

The work and products are great, price is a bit steep, but understandable.

The quality of the cleaning was great. They did however try to raise the cost of my quote by over 20% when they called to alert me my rug was ready. Thankfully I keep my quote and the checkout person honored it.

Andrew did a great job cleaning the carpets. This was the first time I used Zerorez and was impressed with the pretreatment before actually the cleaning. I want Andrew again in the future to clean our carpets.
