Can get a good arrival time if you call the day of service. Employees are professional and efficient. They have gotten out food stains, wine stains, dog stuff, etc. It's amazing how clean my rugs look, including large throw rugs and I feel good that they don't use a lot of harmful chemicals. Been using them for over 5 years now.

Tech was personable/ timely / efficient!
Matt was our Zerorez technician who delivered our carpet cleaning services. He called in advance of our appointment and even offered us the opportunity to start his work sooner (which we declined. He was efficient in delivering his service and we were pleased with the results. The only recommendation we would make is that after the service is completed, there could be a FAQ sheet with what to expect and how to navigate the damp carpet, could be left with the client.
The carpet smells fresh and looks clean and soft!
