The technician was very knowledgeable on how to help eliminate and further control our pet odors. Our carpet was so well cleaned it looked like we had just laid fresh carpet. All heavy traffic areas were spotless and 4 rooms were completed in less than an hour. He called me when finished and sent me a link to pay online. It was a very rewarding experience. I’d definitely recommend Zerorez to others and use them again!!!
