Allan, our cleaner, was very helpful in setting up his equipment and spot cleaning lots of areas before cleaning living room, stairs and hallway. He was polite and respectful when entering our home. We had a couple of spots in the living room that refused to "give up it's stains", but the remainder was so much better than we had hoped.

Booking the service online was very easy -- it was clear which options I needed to select and seeing dates and times. The price feels very reasonable. And on the day of our service, the technician who cleaned our carpets (Kenneth) was great to work with.
