Excellent cleaning of rugs and carpet! However, I don’t like having to pay the full price for rug cleaning before getting the rug back. It should be that you pay half when they pick it up and half when it gets delivered.

Very friendly staff. They came in last year and cleaned our air ducts, and did a great job. They explained what they were doing, how long it would take and answered any questions we had. Now we are having our area rugs cleaned, they just picked them up yesterday. Again, the process was explained and questions answered. Staff are polite, professional and nice to work with.
