We had both our air ducts sanitized and our carpets cleaned. I had originally booked a full air duct cleaning and when the technicians arrived, they did a review of the ducts and said it wasn’t dirty enough to warrant a full cleaning. I appreciate the extra effort and the transparency of the technicians!!! For both services they were on time, efficient and friendly!

The only issue was a delay in communication when the tech was late and I had to call. Other than that, the carpets look good from what I can see.
Our service techs, Ron P and Cameron H, were very professional and courteous. After inspecting the air ducts they suggested we only needed the ducts sanitized, which we opted to do. They also did a great job cleaning our dryer vent. We will be using your company again. Thanks.
Was scheduled quickly by Anthony and he was very considerate of our budget. Brian who did the actual cleaning was here promptly at 8am. Very kind and professional. Job was completed in a timely manor and he messaged me to let me know when the job was complete and that all lights were off and doors locked.
Even the scheduler (name slips my mind) was great about scheduling me 1st since we are closed on Saturday and I was driving in to meet them at the facility. That way I did not have to come and wait in a 4 hour window for the cleaner to show up.
