The technician was friendly and polite. He explained an area I had concerns about from carpet tape. He wasn’t sure it would all be removed and although it didn’t all come off, it looks much better.
In order to get to our apartment, Erwin had to climb over our patio railing which he did with ease. He’s a very athletic young man.

Matt was our Zerorez technician who delivered our carpet cleaning services. He called in advance of our appointment and even offered us the opportunity to start his work sooner (which we declined. He was efficient in delivering his service and we were pleased with the results. The only recommendation we would make is that after the service is completed, there could be a FAQ sheet with what to expect and how to navigate the damp carpet, could be left with the client.
