I do like how quick drying it is, service is really great.

The pet urine product is a product that just works. We have used it once before in a different area and again recently for an aging pet. Safe for pets and children. Smell clean and not overly fragrant. Leave product (zero stink) for us each time. Technicians take their time and work to get smell and urine out. Dan in particular did a wonderful job cleaning my son's room that had cat urine in it. The smell is completely gone. He also came back out to do more in our office and it smells wonderful now!

David Schwartz did a very good cleaning of my carpet, love seat & chair. He was thorough & efficient & it all dried quickly. I definitely would recommend Zerorez.

The representative was able to get out all the stains, even In the high traffic areas and make our berber carpet look like new! We are extremely pleased! He made our carpets look so good we chose to add stain protection to our service.

He is genuine,great eye contact,knows how to overcome obstacles to sales,explains the benefits and features of ZEROREZ going above and beyond.
Congrats on nailing it with this company concept that for me personally relates back to my 30 years in retail.It is all about customer service showing the prospect why to use ZEROREZ verses Empire or Servicemaster etc.then executing that committment.
