The products work especially when you have pets that don't use the proper facilities. The pre-treating products work great, and the process cleans up the rest. The carpets look like new even though they are not. Walking on them is so nice and it leaves no odor or bad chemicals for pets or small children.

I think you do great work, and I think the people who represent the company are extremely nice, caring people. Your pricing is fair and reasonable. The single reservation I have about your company is the extreme difficulty of communicating with you. Your telephone system is maddening. A customer needs a reliable way to communicate with you, without leaving a whole series of messages, hoping to possibly get a return call when she is available to take it. Trading phone messages is for the birds. There need to be actual people available when a customer, or potential customer, calls. Please get this fixed, as I love doing business with you otherwise.

Your staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They do try to upset, but are not pushy about it. Your system is clean and pet friendly.
