The technicians are very knowledgable and professional. I"m always impressed with the quality of work they do. I like your product also, but what keeps me coming back is that you consistently send people who know what they are doing and do an immaculate job.

The most important part of your service was your service people. They are the ones meeting with the customer and doing the cleaning. I apparently was very fortunate to have Juan as the person who came to my house. He was friendly, explained the process to me, gave me options, was very thorough with the upfront part of the job. This not always the case. Juan also did an outstanding job on my carpet. I was impressed how well it looks. Plus he followed up with the "after" care that I appreciated very much. Juan is topnotch!
