I have used your service twice and both times the technician has been very, very nice. The only thing that is disappointing would be the $70/per gallon add on charge to get rid of pet stains. I signed up for 3 rooms plus one additional space and figured there would be plenty of add on charges and I would be looking at $300-$400 for the cleaning in the end. However, had I chosen to get the extra gallons-for one room - it would have been almost $800 for my cleaning. I could re-carpet the room for that price. I would have paid additional for the pet stains, but that was way too high.

You do what you say you will do and double check to make sure everything is agreed upon before any work starts. Workers are quick and courteous.

Maurice was very efficient and pleasant in cleaning our air ducts. He worked quickly and showed before and after video of the cleaning process. We have used Zerorez at three different residences for carpet, tile cleaning and duct cleaning and have received the same high quality each time.

Techs were great! Carpet even better. Our only comment would be to suggest that if the tech is going in and out of the house (which ours did) that they take off their booties or put on clean ones every time they come back in if it's wet outside. Our wood floors had to be cleaned up from the tracking. Thanks!

Kyle the technician was very helpful and gave us some great advice on spotting treatments on the carpet he also was eager to help move furniture and did a great job very thorough and explaining what he had treated and he knew his product well he knew what would work and what would not work he also cleaned up all his product and was out the door in the in a Flash thank you Kyle
