Tech did a great job explaining the process and re estimating several times. Explained expected results. Put his nose to the floor to check for smells in previous cat pee areas.
Only criticism is not asking what type of carpet we had when recommending carpet protectant. I asked our carpet installer and then told the tech our carpet type. Almost ruined our smart strand carpet by putting protectant on it!
