Our carpet was filthy and they worked very hard to successfully get it clean. They were polite/professional.

Service was excellent. I called with last minute request and they found time within my window to come out and clean the carpet. The tech was so nice, great customer service and really knew his stuff. Both staff members very helpful will recommend and use service again.

He took his time to explain Zerorezs new cleaning process and it did an even better job at cleaning than the other method!!!

Derek was also a great help in setting me up with the appointments along with suggesting a few other areas that I over looked.

My only concern was it took 3 days for Zerorez to call me back after leaving two voice mails. By the time you called me back I had already call Derek and set up a time to meet. Thankfully I had his business card. If I didn't have his card I would have moved on to another carpet cleaning company and I would never consider Zerorez again even if you are the best in the business.

I love it! I never thought my old "cream" colored carpets could look this good again! Derek was awesome, answering my questions and letting me watch him clean that dirt away! I live in the country, and three sides of my house are exposed to plowed fields every year, that creates a lot of dust and no matter how hard you try, it gets into your home and carpets. No problem for Zerorez or their employee! In a snap it was all clean! I even booked an appointment for my ductwork! What an awesome job and awesome company! I'm going to clean yearly, rather than wait, the price was reasonable enough to do it every year!

Tech Glen Wogen did an excellent job and was very professional.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the man who cleaned my carpets. He was very respectful of my description of my needs. He took the time needed and did an amazing job. I have really bad carpet due to fostering dogs. It ALWAYS comes clean if the cleaner listens to my directions. He saved me from having to buy new carpet for another year. I recommend Zerorez to everyone! I've never been disappointed.

Your employees are always extremely knowledgeable, and professional! It's always a pleasure to work with such polite courteous professionals, as such are all your service technicians such as Dustin who was in my home for over 3 hours the other day.
