When the window of time was missed and I called, an internal error was discovered and I was offered a generous discount. But the real turn-around was in the arrival of the technicians, Andrew and Dustin, who were kind, polite, apologetic, and articulate. Explanations of the cleaning process and other services were thorough and professional. The job was meticulously completed.. The guys got the carpet quite clean especially it's an older carpet. They did well on a hallway which gets high use. And they were friendly and accommodating. The only objection was that the "extras" such as spot treatment (which I needed because of animals that have been here) seemed to me, anyway, pretty expensive. I didn't expect my bill to stay at $120 (3 room special) but it was almost three times that after adding in add-ons and taxes. So I think your pricing schedule needs consideration.
